Twice now the talented photographer Annie Leibovitz has captured celebrities as characters from Disney's The Little Mermaid. First, it was actress Julianne Moore as Ariel and the Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps as a merman. Now, it's Queen Latifah as Ursula, the evil sea witch.
